Not right now, this is my only vacancy right now. My properties are very nice and reasonably priced so my tenants usually stay a long time. But call me about a month before you need a place and if I don't have a vacancy I may know someone who has a good one.

What are your terms? Deposit? Minimum lease 7 months or 12? I know three guys looking for a place and I took them by your place yesterday. What would it take for them to get a look inside?
