Long Term Rental - Seagrove Beach

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in Seagrove Beach. It's the third lot off the beach in a 6 house gated subdivision on the beach side of 30A. It has a private beach access. I want to sign up a long term renter - annual lease. Rate is negotiable. Reliability is the most important trait. The house is currently listed on VRBO.com. It's called Vicky's retreat and the owner listing is 242439, if you want to check it out.

Hey there. I am very interested in your long term lease. I own a house in a city within driving distance, and am looking to rent a place here on 30-A . Reliability / trustworthiness/and great care is what you could depend on from me should I lease your place. I am here in town until Monday around noon.

May I come see the house before I leave? Ideally I would start a lease July 1, but have some flexibility if you already have short termers in for 4th of July. I hope NOT!

Perhaps a ballpark on an annual lease per month.... I'd hate to waste your time if I wasn't even in the ballpark. Thanks. I'm currently in a LTR until September.

Hi! My family is interested in talking with you about your rental. We are looking for an annual lease. I'm a Registered Nurse and my mother is retired. We are currently in Shalimar, Fl. and are new to the area, but we have fast learned how much we love 30A.

Thank you for your consideration.

Grayton Beach Home Inquiry

Good Morning,

My husband and I are looking for a long term rental in the area. We have lived off 30A for the past 3 years, and of course love the area. My husband is the Store Manager of the new Restoration Hardware store in Mirimar Beach and I currently stay home with our children. I used to work for a General Contractor, DooleyMack Constructors in PCB, as their Marketing Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President before leaving to stay home with our newest addition. We have two children, a 4 year old daughter, and a 7 month old son. We are saving for our first home that we would like to purchase in about 2 years. We would like to stay in the 30-A area, because we would like our daughter to attend Van Butler, and attend their VBK program next summer.

Your home is absolutely gorgeous, and probably out of our price range, but I thought I would atleast check with you first. :) What is the lowest you would consider going for a 2 year lease?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you,

Meghan Hufty
