We're Moving....rental available in 30 days.
We are moving out of our rental in Mack Bayou Estates in 30 days and the owner would like a responsible couple/family to rent. The house is in Mack Bayou Estates (off of E. Mack Bayou road), is a two story, 3-4 bedroom (depending upon how you situate it) ,3 1/2 baths, two car garage, large yard backing up to state land (no development), plenty of shade, pond right next door with many, many turtles and more than enough frogs and a huuuuge kitchen with very nice cabinetry. It's clean, freshly painted walls, has 18" tile in all of the common areas and carpeted in the bedrooms. The home is in a short sale situation but we all know how that's been going...it's been shown twice since we've been here and no takers yet.....at any rate, it will be available on the 25th of September for move in.
