We are still searching for a large LTR to house 2 families relocating from California & Colorado. The house will need to have at least 4 bedrooms and 2 baths in great shape. Prefer wood/tile throughout as we do have 2 male/neutered dogs which are Miniature Australian Shepherds (21 and 30 pounds) and 2 female adult spayed/declawed/indoor cats. The families will consist of myself, my husband (he is in Iraq for another 7 months at minimum), our 9 year old daughter, my sister, her husband, 13 year old son and 6 year old daughter. We own our home in Colorado and can provide excellent credit and references. We will be renting our home out so we know the importance of great tenants and will treat your home as if it were our own. We are all very clean, responsible and respectful. We are willing to sign a year lease as well as pay up to $2000 per month. Thanks for looking!
