Hi, I just joined the site yesterday. I rec'd a message saying I should introduce myself. So, I have lived in Freeport all my life. I am blessed with 3 small children who make me laugh and smile dailey. I am grateful to be married to a good man, great husband, and wonderful father.
We have recently been on a mission to be a "tourist" in our own area. We have been taking the kids to places we have not been or haven't been to in a while. The drive usually isn't long and we have done some really fun things. The kids are having a good time and so are we!

I was reading a travel magazine I get and it said this summer due to the economy many people thoughout the country are taking "staycations" where you visit local attractions and stay within a day's drive to visit.
