Morning Yoga in Seaside & Massage in Grayton Beach
Many of you may know Craig and Nancy McLaughlin, who have a massage business in Grayton Beach - grayton beach massage. Craig & Nancy have taught yoga in Seaside for many years and will be starting their Summer program again soon.

Yoga at the Seaside Amphitheater (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30 am to 9:45 am)
 $15.00 per person, Mats and props provided - All levels welcome

okay, I've said for years I wanted to do the seaside yoga outside, and never seem to make it. gonna do it this summer! watch out craig and nancy - here I come.
