 Bistro. I can't work in your kitchen because I don't live in SoWal full time, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't want to eat there! Is it French bistro food you serve or ??? Casual or dressy? We're always on the lookout for another restaurant to try, and if it's won awards, so much the better.
