Charlie's Donuts is closed for the season until March 10th. We arrived Friday afternoon with the promise of getting donuts on Saturday morning. Several other kids that my 6 year old was playing with were talking about going for donuts in the morning as well. We biked over bright and early on Saturday and saw their announcement! What a sad little boy I had! (Luckily we remembered that WIld Olives has donuts too -- just not quite as big of a selection!)
Just wanted to give other families the heads up -- it's much better to not promise it than to promise it and not be able to deliver!
