Seagrove Coyote OOoowe!
That's Right Friends,
We are opening the Seagrove Coyote for business Saturday May 23rd at 11AM! We are located in the unit next to La B that was formerly occupied by Amavida Coffee. The "Coyote" will be a fast-paced burrito and taco cafe featuring the quality you love from La Botana. Our menu will offer several traditional taco/burrito recipes along with a few unique recipes using ingredients from various worldy cuisines and will be complemented by a gourmet salsa bar.
In addition to the lunch service we will be adding a coffee/pastry service shortly, at which point the Coyote will open at 7 daily. We are very excited and hope all our friends from La Botana will embrace our new cafe just as they embraced La B when she was in the "puppy" stage!
Looking forward to seeing all of you there!

whew! when i saw the title for this thread, i thought you were talking about some of the long-in-the-tooth coyotes that have been seen in seagrove this spring, stalking the younger men!

Hope you have good coffee and breakfast food for our rental guests! And hope you are very successful.
I am having trouble differentiating between the menus at La Botana and Seagrove Coyote (other than breakfast). Please explain.

Curiosity got the best of me, so I stopped in today for a burrito at lunch. Very good, at a much friendlier price than La Botana. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other speciality burritos, as well as the tacos and taco salads. I'll be back. Stop in and give them a try.

Breakfast Burritos! Yum!
I had my first breakfast burrito at Coyote this morning. Yummy, seasoned eggs and great pan-fried potatoes wrapped in a giant tortilla. Excellent, fresh salsas made it a real treat. As someone who grew up in San Antonio, I have been waiting for one of these for years. Thank you, Phillip and Jane for giving us Mexican breakfast.

YUM! I had a burrito this morning with the potatoes and bacon (I am not an egger)- wonderful with the salsa and pico. Grabbed a menu and plan on hitting the Coyote before Digital Graffiti tonight.
The salsa bar is calling me- homemade salsas and dips- the poblano goat cheese dip is a must tonight!
