Guest Chef Jamison Hendler has chosen her menu for the evening of May 1st, 2009.
Smoked Salmon Inirizushi: smoked salmon, sesame oil, scallions and black sesame seeds in a tofu pocket
Spicy Tuna: tuna, avocado and a spicy mayo
Veggie Roll with a housemade ponzu sauce
All are served on a platter for $10 dollars.
We will also be serving tastings of Blue Moon Riesling and Pinot Noir with Gustavo Thrace's The Third Bottle Red and White for $10.
Four different wines and three sushi rolls for $20 dollars is a great deal!
In addition to the excitement of our guest chef, we are thrilled to have Shelly Swanger hanging her photography. She will attend to answer questions about subject matter and pricing.
The party starts at 6pm till 8pm.
