At Destin Carpet Cleaning we use a truck-mounted machine to pressure wash your dirty tile and grout. This can be accomplished by using a cleaning tool that has high (hot) water pressure (1000psi) that is connected to a powerful suction source. We pre-spray the surface with a mild alkaline cleaner, agitate and then extract. There is no over-spray. Many of the natural stone tiles have micro-pores or indentations that trap residue.
