Magnolia House in Grayton
Nancy Veldman, Owner of Magnolia House, has made a pain staking and long prayed about decision to relocate Magnolia House from its current location to Grand Blvd. in Sandestin. Nancy has asked me to put this information here on SoWal. The upfitting of her new location should take 3 months or so and she should be open for business by April 1st. Until her new location is complete she will be conducting business as usual at her Grayton Beach location. Please join me in Thanking her for many, many years of Grayt service and her addition to the lifestyle of Grayton Beach. When the time happens don't forget to visit her at her new location. I believe it will be directly across street form the Mexican Rest at Grand Blvd. Stop by and see Nancy for more details.
I will also be selling the Magnolia House location and an out building behind the store. PM me if you have any interest in the real estate. I am a Broker Associate for Rivard and it is in MLS.

This makes me sad as well, though I certainly understand the need for traffic! Guess I will have to venture off 30A during my beach trips! Good Luck to Nancy...I absolutely LOVE your store!

That link is a no-go, too.
This one should work 507534 (Public ECAR site).
Steve, I was guessing that property was commercial, since it was used in a commercial capacity, but it is listed as though it is residential. Which is it?

I believe he has it listed for both residential and commercial, if not it would be a good idea imo.

This lot is "infill", which has commercial application. It was residential preservation and her commercial application was grandfathered in. However, she was drawn in the small scale lottery and the land use was changed from residential preservation to infill. Therefore, it would be correct to put into commercial as well. I have only had time to put into residential (SFH). Unexpectedly real busy. It will be in commercial soon.

That seems like a great price for that property.

Looks like Magnolia House will be opening up in mid-July at Grand Blvd. Shop in Grayton is still open for business until then.
