Small Business Attorney? Bueler? Bueler?
 Hello!!!!!
I am in need of a small business attorney in Sowal; I was curious if there are any on the board here; OR if you may have a referral of such if you are local.
I am in need of specificity of business laws, bi-laws pertaining to my INC/LLC, and protection of my business practice and rights therein pertaining to Fl. law.
I need to attain the legal info and ramifications on how to protect the every day operation and exclusivity in regards to my business, and learn if I have any vulnerability in my business structure.

It's funny that you don't have any names yet. If I remember, someone once asked for a divorce attorney and got several recs. More money in divorce than business??

great biz atty
I have a GREAT business attorney who is well versed in LLC, INC, etc. He is also savvy on contract law. A good guy to have in your court - Mark Violette 850 654 0068
I also have someone who is a terrible attorney, for many reasons, and you don't want to waste time or money. If you email me I will pass that along too.
