Our local Association of Realtors has a public site for anyone to search property. It comes directly from the data in our MLS. A new feature allows the public to easily search for bank owned (REO), short sales, foreclosures, etc.
go to www.EmeraldCoastHomesOnline.com
click on "property."
click on "more search options."
enter your search criteria and for sale type, you may select any of the specific types from the list. If none are selected, all property sale types will be searched.
ex- to search only REO properties (bank owned), select REO (soon to be changed to "bank owned").

Can you help me search effectively? I watch WaterSound Beach and have found the most accurate list of actives by watching Beach Properties site. How can I get a complete list for WaterSound Beach from this web service?Posted 03-18-2009 at 09:53 PM by AAbsolute

That's easy. Follow the link in my first post
click on "property"
click on "more search options"
You may then search for whatever you are looking for, such as sale type, mentioned above, subdivision, general area, structure type, lot size, sq ft of home, interior features, exterior features, design type etc.
ex -- To find property in WaterSound, in the "subdivision" field, type: watersound.
Just like any other search, the more specific you get, the less the number of results. What you may think of as a "Florida Cottage" design, the listing agent may consider "Caribbean," so you may want to start with a broader search range.Posted 03-19-2009 at 02:02 PM by murray
