A house on Park Row in Watercolor just closed for $2.1 million. The Park Row homes are very nice cottages with views of Western Lake, the dunes and the gulf. What makes this amazing and shows how prices continue to tumble downward? A couple of years ago the empty lots on Park Row were reselling for around $2 million and one of the houses sold for around $3.5 million.
