Is Sanctuary By the Sea in violation of height restrictions?:idontno:

My counting may be off, but I see 5 stories on this building, even though there doesn't appear to be living area on the ground level. Doesn't the Walton Co code require a height restriction of 50 ft or four stories, which ever comes first? :idontno:

But FTLOG, wouldn't you think w/ a project of this scale, the developer would have made absolutely sure of this detail :idontno:
