Hi, I am looking for a long term rental or lease purchase with 4 or 5 bedrooms within walking distance to the beach. An additional guest house or apartment would be perfect since my daughter is expecting a baby. I have two other children who need a yard to play in if possible. A pool would be great too. We still have a house to sell in Memphis, so we cannot buy just yet but would consider a lease purchase if the house is right for us. We have lived in Seacrest before and now in a rental house in Panama City Beach, but the schools are not so great. We are anxious to get back to South Walton County. We loved it there. We are looking to move about January but we are flexable.
