So those of you who read my other post on here titled "Anyone that can help", know that I have put my notice in at work. After talking at length with my husband, I have decided to give the childcare option a try. So, if any of you need help or know someone who does, please keep me in mind. I am talking to a lady right now who is a stay at home mom and is looking for a little help with her 2 year old. I can cook, clean, do laundry, run errands, pick your kids up after school and whatever else you might need done. I am super qualified as the mother of a 2 year old and 9 year old step-daughter. I am trained in child CPR. My driving and criminal record are spotless. I was born and raised here. I went to the same schools that your children go to. I have wonderful business and personal references. I have worked for the bank I have resigned from for nearly eight years as a trusted employee.

As far as rates go, I am very flexible. I know what it means to have quality child care, but not spend a fortune to have it. The rates would depend on your needs. Starting at $8 an hour to care for one child and going up with the number of children and types of chores you need done. I am ready, willing and able to do something with my life that is rewarding and benefits you and I more than some corporation. You can PM me if you would like and I can give you my phone number or any other information you might need.

I am so grateful for this board and the opportunity to post this on it in my community. Thank you for taking the time to check this out.

I forgot to mention that I also worked for a veterinarian for 2 years and am able to administer meds and shots to pets should the need arise. Maybe I should start a resume' to outline all my "special" talents.

Any term papers you need written?

I thought this thread was about "Mother's Little Helper" à la the Rolling Stones song. Sometimes we all need a little help.

Hi everyone. Today is my last day at work, so I won't be on much anymore. I am going to be preparing fliers to put out at local businesses so I wanted to go ahead and leave my number in case anyone needs my services. It is (850) 830-7080. Thanks to everyone for being so kind and I will try to keep you updated.
