Searching for an inexpensive long-term rental in the Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton, Seagrove area. Looking for a 1-2 bedroom house/apartment/ or condo that is well-cared for, unfurnished, and in a quiet & safe area. I have a 2 year old cat who is very well mannered and clean. I'm a responsible tennant and have references. A desire for more trees and stars in my life is drawing me to Walton County as well as a business opportunity. I'm searching for a place that would be available to move in between Nov-Feb and would be a 1 year lease. I would greatly appreciate your help!

It has a large porch and is located right across from the bay. Washer and dryer included. $1,000 per month and we will work with you on deposits for the pets. I have a brand new condo at the Seagrove Highlands Development in the Cafe 30-A area. It's a 3 BR - 2 Bath, unfurnshished, 1126 square feet unit with a screened in patio that overlooks Pt. Washington State Forest. There is nothing in between the patio and the forest. It's almost like you are "in" the forest. This unit is on the ground floor. I will rent this for $1,400 per month.

This is unit has never been lived in. Appliances are there with washer & dryer hookups.
