Does anyone know the name of the low rise codo on this picture? we are renting a home nearby and need some extra room for friends.....this place would be very close. THANKS :biggrin: I know this isn't very clear, but the place I am talking about is to the east of One Seagrove.......

Are you talking about the one located adjacent to OSP? If so, those are single family homes. Where are you staying? Remeber that Cassine Station and Cassine Gardens are also directly across 30A from OSP, probably at a slightly cheaper price point. If you are refering to the square looking building 3 buildings east of OSP, with the pool which looks green like a tennis court, that building is under construction as re-do's of a condo.

Oops, forgot.....we are staying at a two story duplex (taking all) called HEART OF SEAGROVE....4126 30 A, found it by accident and just fell in love with it, that will be our spot for July of 07':biggrin:

and anyway my tar says SEAGROVELOVER !!!!;-) seagrove feels more like home to all of us, we just cant stay away!!!!!:biggrin:

The name of the low rise condo under re-development is Park Place at Seagrove. Going to be pretty ritzy with prices listed at $1.6-$2.8MM.
I own a 4 bedroom unit, Key Largo, that sleeps 10 on the third floor of the third building, Emerald Surf Villas, to the east of Park Place.
