Our home in Sea Dunes, Dune Allen Beach, will be coming available for long-term rent this fall. Unfurnished 3/3 with garage, large lot backing to nature preserve and short walk to beach. Looks like rent will be $1400 to 1500 :idontno:

Sea Dunes subd. is off Allen Loop Rd. (west of Gulf Place). 79 Gulf Winds Way is the 2-story w/blue roof straight West of the gazebo at entry. Less than 2 yrs. old w/study, 1850 sq. ft. plus porches. Stove, fridge, microwave. Water included. 7 min. walk to beach. E-mail for more info if you wish. (Present renters haven't given official notice yet, only a "heads up". Will know soon.)

hi there, was wondering if house was still available. I am an executive bodyguard looking for at least a 3/2 home for myself and two other roommates. One who is also a bodyguard and the other is South Walton County Sheriff. Please let me know if yours is accodamatable or if you know of any other property in similair price range to accodoamte us for a long term lease. We were intially looking at $1,200 but see if you had found anyone. thanks
