Are all the shops & restaurants still open? Perscipacity? Hurricanes?

Perscipacity wasn't open in Seaside when we were there a couple days back, but most everything else seemed to be. Seems like most businesses and restaurants these days are open year round, though with fewer hours than during the summer.
