For those looking for Nick from 331 Sushi, he appears to have landed! He will be cooking at Rendezvous in Seaside.. The full permits to serve food have not been approved yet, but he is there getting the lay of the land and helping out in other areas until food can be served! The plan is for a Tapas menu yet to be finalized. Crepes in the mornings, and a vairety of Tapas in the evening, yes including some sushi on certain days.

Sueshore, Rendezvous is a wine bar in Seaside, where Fermentations used to be located. Go check it out.

We went by last Saturday evening before dinner and had a very nice time. Great staff, great wine selection. They have redone the inside and it is very nice. New bar, couches to sit on and a couple of small tables.
Sueshore...you have to check out the new bathroom! Be sure and turn off the light and check out the floor!

I had heard about the bathroom and had to check it out myself. Got to talking with this girl in line and she had to take a look also, so we went in together, closed the door, turned off the light and stayed for a while. When we came out you should have seen the look on the guys face that was waiting! :eek:

They really did have a nice wine list. But the restroom is a must see.

went the other night after a gallery opening in seaside. Had a great time... However, the floor did not glow for me:( . Will have to try again some other time.

Yes, we had the most delicious ceviche there last week. GK tasted it and ordered another just for himself. A couple weeks before that, I witnessed the poke salad being delivered, and it was as beautiful as ever. My sis said the crepes are amazing.
Oh Lord! i can vouch for the crepes...i had one last week and almost passed out it was so good...and beautiful too!

It was great....poke salad was divine, also yummy shrimp ceviche & Rainbow roll....just a really nice change! :clap_1:
