Congrats--in this market you should be very proud. You should be especially proud if the seller got anywhere close to the list price. If buyers do their homework in this market, they won't pay anything close to list unless the asking price is down around 2003 price levels. I look forward to seeing the closing data to see how much the seller got per square foot.
