for a Christmas party for about 125 people. All 125 people must sit in the same room. Need moderately priced food ($15 per person tops), as this would be for one of the local county offices and it has to be paid for by the employees.

I can't think of anywhere in SoWal that would fit the bill, but we are desperate for suggestions. DeFuniak has nowhere (good) for us and I don't want to drive to Crestview for a Christmas party again. :bang:

Not sure if Watercolor has a function space that big, but I know the Baytowne Conference Center does. And their banquet food is not bad. The Hilton could probably accommodate you as well.

But I will tell you that your price per head requirement will be just about impossible. You are simply not going to find a function space big enough to accommodate that group at less than $15 per head.

Yeah. I know.

Do you have any contact info for them? We may just have to bite the bullet -

I know the sales managers at both places. At Sandestin, it's Penny Jackson (850-267-8254) at the Hilton, it's Joann Harvrove (850-934-7153).

Either can put you in touch with the appropriate F&B or banquet person.

Find an assembly hall like PW methodist and set up a buffet?

watercolor could handle 125, but like sandestin, i doubt $15/p is within their reach. patrick brewer is cnf svcs mgr. 534 5000. or, maybe the beach club.

This is why we are not using the Chatauqua building. We'd have to bring food (nooooo on a Friday night!) or have it catered  and then clean up after ourselves. The good news is that we are not very rowdy.

I'm turning JB's suggestion into our conference committee. We will see...

Thanks! ;-)

There is always the Santa Rosa Beach Golf and Beach Club, but I believe your price per person will be higher than $15 anywhere in South Walton!

331 Might come close, but it will be closed by then!:floor:
