Is anyone familiar with Portofino at Pensacola Beach on Santa Rosa Island?

I have photographed units there but I am not familiar with the ins and outs if you are looking for specifics. It is a nice property with soundfront and beachfront, indoor and outdoor pools, restaurant, workout, etc.
