Hello all! :D

As some are aware, I've been in North AL for months due to loss of my sister and am almost ready to go back!

I've been hearing such horror stories  re:rentals, cleaning, lawncare, etc.., that I know I can help! My intention has been to get back into Real Estate, so I'm considering my options in the SOWAL area. Someone has mentioned on the board, about living in one poperty(even guesthouse) and managing their others. I'm just not sure about specifics, yet.

I'm anxious for any feedback, OK? Heck, I'm even wanting the exercise, to possibly handle some cleaning! ;-)

Thanks,
Diane

Diane, this is a repeat of your two other threads. I am feeling spammed. :(

Sorry that you're feeling spammed, but look at the different forums, that they're in. A really good marketing individual, will cover all bases! :clap_1: I'm simply wanting to be posted, in all appropriate locations.

I would be more inclined to send my business to the non-spammers. ;-)

SJ, let's get a real problem! :funn: If there are different, yet appropriate areas to post in, we shouldn't feel put down, for doing so! :clap_1: Is SJ having a bad day? :idontno: Otherwise, why would there be numerous forums? Me thinks, you're putting too much into this! Life can be hard enough, right? I thought that one of the best things about this board, is the sincere interest, care and support, of each other? Maybe I'm wrong, here. I just don't think that I would've thought anything, but "how can I help, SJ", if it were you! ;-)

I guess you make a good point about there being an overlap of the forums in which you are posting. Sorry!

If there was just one appropriate forum I would lock or delete one of the threads, but several of the forums now are all about spam sort of. I just wouldn't want people posting the same stuff every day on the same forum. But you can bump threads up if you want to.

THIS IS WHY I LOVE THIS BOARD! Oops... someone will now tell me that cause I wrote in all caps, I'm shouting! :idontno: Oh well, just felt it was necessary! People are generally good, mean well and it shows! SJ, I accept your "sorry" and raise you a "luv ya"! I really appreciate this! A lesser(or typical) man, just wouldn't have responded. ;-)

SJ is a good guy! Had a feeling he would respond.
Don't get any ideas about a crush though. The only crush I have is my hubby, and well Scott Bakula, probaly becuase he reminds me of the hubby.

Diane: If I think of anything, I will PM you. Good luck ;-)

I agree that there needs to be a little more consideration and politeness from some people here. We all can't be as perfect as SJ.
