...at new development at Sandestin -Grand Boulevard (I think they are calling it the Town Center?). Does anyone know when it is expected to be completed? I can't wait! Building progress is coming right along. What about the Target at Pier Park? Anyone have any information on the completion date for that, too?

I heard Target was around November 1st, but it looks farther along to me. Grand Boulevard will have a bunch of stores and multiplex theater. I will try to find out more. Not much info on the website - http://www.grandboulevard.com (http://www.grandboulevard.com/)

Grand Boulevard at Sandestin is being built to become the region's town center. And just as any town isn't built overnight, Grand Boulevard is being unveiled in phases over the next 24 months. With unsurpassed growth in Florida, a strong tourism market and year-round activity, Grand Boulevard will become one of the hottest properties on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Grand Blvd will take a while to complete. Even when they finish the current construction, they still have many more things to come on that property. From the looks of things, I could see the buildings currently under construction being open by late fall this year, weather permitting.

As of last week, Target in Pier Park was not open, nor did they have a sign posted. I would guess they could be open within 2-4 months from the looks of things.

I heard a PF Changs? Also that the developer is trying to outdo the Destin Commons developer :lol:They are just p.o.'d because Peter Bos stole Bass Pro Shop from Pier Park. They will have a very interesting place at Pier Park simply because they are on the Gulf.
