Any Info on New Development in Rosemary Beach??

Does anyone have info on a new commercial/retail/residential development in or near Rosemary Beach?? I think the devolper is a group out of Birmingham or Huntsville, AL (maybe Chase Group? or CG Partners). "Rosemary Corners?"

Any info about this project would be grealy appreciated...like proposed name of development, planned tenants, construction completion estimates, etc.

That must be the construction just starting on the east side of RB between 30A and 98. Sorry that I don't know anything about it maybe someone else will.

Have a $1.2 mill mortgage Paid $1.1 mil early May. Just getting corp docs together. Nothing on the project yet.

I have found out that it is supposed to be called the Village at Rosemary Beach. a very upscale 66, 000 sq foot drug store anchored, 2 story specialty retail center. It is located directly adjacent to the "Town of Rosememary Beach".....Does anyone know of anyhting additional? Thanks!
