Anyone have an opinion on Highland Parks? It hasn't broken ground, but is near Redfish.
It's a nice location and pretty land - I hope they keep it natural.I like the designs by McWhorter.
I haven't heard anything about sales. I imagine it will be high dollar.

I'm seeing 162 lots on 29 acres. Is that correct?

Small anywhere else, but the small lots are 40' x 100', which seems typical for 30A. Phase 2 and 3 will have many larger lots. The lay of the land is interesting, it starts at 40 feet or so above sea level and goes to 74' where the community pool is located. Seems like a good neighborhood, will be interesting to see the resales and how much Phase 2 & 3 will bring.
