Beach construction moratorium

Well, Sunday was the deadline for all beach constrution to stop. Just curious if any of the locals can report whether or not property owners are heeding this ordinance or ignoring it.

You can see the small pile of dirt in the photo where they appear to be unfinished with this walkover.

Further east, I know of a tractor and front-end loader which remain on the beach as of May 02 2006. Apparently, the County doesn't really care.
