Hi everyone! I'll be moving to the area in the next couple of weeks and I'm looking for a 2 bedroom long term rental (minimum 1 year) in the Destin or Santa Rosa Beach area. I will be working in santa rosa, so anything within a 25 minute drive radius would be great. I would appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction. Is there a local paper I could check? Please email me at jnoble_73@yahoo.com.

Thanks :D
Julia

Thank you! Unfortunately, my rent limit is $900. Geez, everyone's moving from New England because it's too expensive..I get back down south and it's the same way. Can't win either way!

$900 would get you a fine place in Chattanooga but not South Walton

Yeah, guess I gotta head north. I'm thinking of Freeport.

There's a 2br apt. in seagrove for $1000/month - call Jill Arnsdorff at 850-622-1074, 800-303-7048.

She also has a 4br house for $2400/month and a connected 1br apt. for $1000/month that can be rented together or separate.
