I am from New York, so bear with me, but what is the official name of the small green chameleons that are around? Gekkos? Are they normally friendly? I had one that seem to follow me around at my townhouse when I was out doing spring cleanup in early March. Even tried to come in!
So I made an over the top video of him.

Mango- you are a great filmmaker! "Action Anatole Man" is awesome! Will there be a sequel?

Anoles also travel well, had one hop out of my suitcase a few years back upon my arrival in Memphis. Once my sister and I concluded "Sam" would die if we put him outdoors in freezing temperatures, he became the family's new pet. "Sam" lived happily in his cage adorned with plenty of sticks for climbing, for many years, on a regular diet of tiny crickets. My sister especially loved the trips across town to the only pet shop where they could be purchased

We used to let them bite our earlobes and they would dangle there like bizarre earrings

Nice townhouse Donna. Loved your video! You seemed to have made a friend out of the little green anole! Maybe he thought you would stir up some insects.

Speaking of those little green things...Does anyone know a good way to keep them out of your house?! They have a tendancy to run in my house everytime I let the dog out or they sqeeze through cracks in our screen doors etc. I'm so afraid they're going to get in my bed at night! EEK!
Just wondering if anyone knew a good way to keep them outside!! :idontno:

I'll take a little green thing anytime over the snake I found in my guest bath one morning:eek: ..luckily, it was just a little garden snake. mr. dd couldn't bring himself to pick it up, so I did and relocated it to it's garden home.
Nice digs, Mango!
