Just received the 2004 annual report for St. Joe, if you own or plan to own property between Destin and Tallahassee, this comes under a "must read". Their development map is an eye opener, more new project names that I had never heard of before. Between the "green"- public ownership and the "blue"-St.Joe owned, there is not much left. Say what you will they do have a plan for this decade that will transform this part of Florida. In my humble opinion "planned development" is better than "haphazard development".
