accomodations in Blue Mountain Beach

My family and I are coming to Blue Mountain Beach in June. We are a party of 12 (8 adults and 4 children). We went to Destin last year and loved it, but are wanting something a little less congested. We have rented a home in Blue Mountain Beach by searching on the internet. We are looking for next year to rent a home gulf front from a private party, so we can rent from the same people every year. Have you asked? I bet they will book a year out. You never know, the house may have different owners next year.
