2/2.5 townhome in the Gulf Vista units in Seacrest yards away from deeded beach access and a bike ride from Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We've reduced the price by more than $50K so we can close on our house by June! :)

How old is the unit? Built in 1998
Any rentals booked? We bought it from the original owner to renovate, so there is no short-term rental history. However, there are other units in the complex that rent short and long term.
Is the picture you are showing is it the view from the unit? Yes. There are gulf views from the front and back decks on the second floor.
