I invested in property here. I will become a full-time resident in June..I have 2 units in Ariel Dunes 1..and they close June early July. I also bought a lot in Destiny West and plan to build there in a few years. Meanwhile the dues are killing me. :pissed:
Anyway, are there any other prospective Ariel Dunes dwellers here and can anyone advise me about the current (alleged) lack of builders/supplies in the area.
I know a lot of you are residents further east..anyone from Miramar/crystal beach areas?
It is a joy to read all your posts and feel the camaraderie that flows so freely. :D

See 'Ariel Dunes II' thread posted on 12/16. Congratulations on your investment in AD-I. We have a 2/2 in AD-II.

Like you, I would also enjoy hearing from some folks who have invested west of Grayton - esp Santa Rosa, Miramar and Crystal Beach.

Besides our property in SRB we also own in Pavilion Palms and Gulf Winds East (both on Miramar Beach - Old 98) We love having our own garage at Pavilion Palms - makes it easier to store tools etc to work on the properties. Someday we will probably build on the property in SRB - so then I will be looking for that info on builders as well.
