A little commercial space on 30A

Does anybody have a clue where I can rent a little commercial space on or near 30A? :confused: I basically need about 100 sqft to hang my broker's license. All of my customers are from my website so really don't need a storefront. Just an office where contracts are written up and negotiations can occur. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

There are a few places with small office space. Check with Flynn Morris at his Spooky Lane building in Santa Rosa Beach.
