There is a new show on the Travel Channel that was called something like Florida - discovering the Gulf Coast - sorry can't remember the exact name - but part of the show was spent interviewing the Modica's and Dave Rauschkolb about their businesses - they also interviewed the Grumpy Old Candymaker from Sandestin. Check it out if you get the chance.
