This was the high point so far of the DNC convention - great speech. The women in the audience we're obviously connected to her. I enjoyed watching "beaming" Bill up in the rafters too.

Hillary added a necessary percentage points to the Obama/Biden vote tally in November. She did right for the Democratic Party.

As usual with the Clintons, it was all about them. I think in the first 10 minutes of the speech she mentioned Obama once. Bill should be interesting tonight. Where's the button for the trainwreck?

Edit - now I see Bill's skipping Obama's Thursday speech. The veil might not be so thin tonight.

I thought it was an excellent speech. It was tough, and funny and gracious. I was very happy that she spoke to her supporters who are still not sure about Obama and urged them to give him their support. I also loved the "No Way, No How, No McCain!" Genius.

When I saw Bill up there mouthing the words "I love you, I love you, I love you" as Hillary was standing up at the podium getting ready to speak, all I could picture in my mind was Monica in the "act". I just couldn't get past it. However, it was a good speech.

I have to be honest, it crossed my mind too.

"No Way, No How, No McCain!" When Hillary said it, the camera immediately cued Bill for his response. He gave that famous Bill Clinton chuckle, very rehearsed.

I love seeing the strategy of how they set it all up, much like staging wines at a blind taste test.

Hillary may have extended her hand to help pull her ppl to Obama's camp, but I bet you that there are still many Hillary fans who won't go there -- too much anger and hatred from the Primary race.

Hillary's speech was so awesome. every single word that came out of her mouth spoke directly to me and what I feel and what I would like to see in our country. it was very moving for me personally. and I think it moved millions of other like minded citizens throughout America. she rocked it. yes, she did. proud of her. and Bill too.
