You can rate the images as you see them, and then people can search through images ranked by best-rated (http://www.sowal.com/bb/gallery/browseimages.php?do=popimages&orderby=rating), most-viewed (http://www.sowal.com/bb/gallery/browseimages.php?do=popimages&orderby=views), etc.
