Parasailing recommendations

We are getting ready to head down to sowal on Friday. I usually try to avoid the touristy stuff in Destin except we always hit The Track one night to satisfy our boys. I have 4 kids going down with us and they all want to parasail after not being able to do it in the keys over spring break due to it being too windy. I would like to know what parasailing outfit is the most reputable. It scares me to death and when we were in the keys the captain of the parasail boat was telling us how there are operators out there on beaches all over that go out regardless of the winds and don't always check their lines, etc. Scared the crap out of me. So, I am hoping that somebody can help me out with some suggestions of parasailing operations that are cautious, etc and not just out to make a quick buck. Good, bad, whatever....I want to hear it.
