by overwhelming popular request we have added a bbq sandwich for boston butts, pulled chicken and sliced brisket. there is a choice of one side and it comes on a bun as opposed to making your own sandwich with the two slices of white bread on the plate program. must be a good decision cause thats all we are selling now!!!!! enjoy boner heads!!!!

Yeah!!! Any thoughts about selling your BBQ by the pound?

yeah we have actually just unveiled our new deli packs of all bbq and sauces and fixins in our new display case. its right up at the counter and you can buy any of the items you want in the different increments. the meats are by the pound, ribs by the rack and the fixins are 1/2 pint and pint.

It should be in the next issue of the Beachcomber and what he told me was very, very positive. :wave:

Scott and Jambone gang:

We got some take-out sandwiches for lunch yesterday. They were awesome. The pork was perfect and the buttered / toasted buns are beyond words. I have never had beans at a BBQ joint that are as good as yours.

We'll be back soon.
