I don't know where this should go within the forum, but I thought it was worth sharing. Maybe everyone already knows this, but....

When you book a hotel or various travel on Expedia, Travelocity, etc., when you get to the section where you pay, it asks for any COUPON codes. A few weeks ago I went on Expedia and booked a Disney hotel (one of the All-Stars) for three nights at the tail end of our August trip to Grayton.

Before I paid, I searched Dogpile.com for "Expedia Coupon Codes." It came up with a bunch of sites that list all kinds of coupon codes for different sites. I was skeptical. I clicked on one which listed a 10$ off per night code, where you entered WB06 in the code box. I went back to Expedia, I entered it, and to my surprise, it really worked!!! I also got a $50 gas card in addition. For three nights in Disney, after deducting the 50 for the gas card, which I should get in about 2 weeks, I spent $206.00 including tax. That's a great price. :yikes:

I saved 30 bucks that I would not have, had I not searched for these coupon codes.
Just thought I'd share the wealth.

I used to use them years ago when I would make a purchase, then quit when I started finding they were all expired. Thanks for the heads up I'll try next time.

This one had an expiration date of 6/30, and I thought, there's no way this will work. And then when it did go thru, it was like I had hit a slot machine jackpot!

It's only $30 bucks I saved, but that will buy about 1/3 of a tank of gas for the gas-devouring hunk of recession that is currently parked in my driveway.

My husband says he's having night terrors where the SUV calls him on his cell phone and says "I'm thirsty again........"

No sense complaining. :violin:We saw this coming and we still bought it. And we're gonna try to dump it next week, ha ha, if any dealership will even take it.
