Pizza made with slow cooked sauce anyone?

My kids love my spaghetti sauce, slow cooked, with lots of celery, onions, and mushrooms. We like to make pizza's with flour tortilla's and cheddar cheese. My son suggested that I could sell them! What do you think? I used to love to go to DeFuniak as a kid and eat at Mom and Dad's Restaurant, they had a similar pizza, but used "Daisy" cheese. Umm, good!

sounds like a great stand food to me, like a Taqueria but a tortilla pizzeria!

I use Whole Wheat Fat-free pitas as a base if I want pizza in a flash--plus it makes something that is supposedly good for you actually taste good.
