Hey all,
I've been looking around for fresh produce stands or a farmers market in the area but haven't found anything. A long long time ago there used to be a nice place up on 331 (this was, like, the 90s) but I don't think it's there anymore. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thnx!

Go see Toni. Her business is behind the Sherwin Williams store on 283, just north of Grayton. She also sets up on Saturdays in Seaside, next to the Raw and Juicy trailer.

Cotton's Produce was the place on 331 where you used to shop. Mr Cotton relocated to the parcel just south of BankTrust, on Hwy 331 in Freeport (just south of hwy 20).
Right now, For the Health of It in Blue Mtn Beach, and Toni's, north of Grayton, are your best bets.

I've made a few trips on that side recently, and I haven't seen Mr. Cotton's stand. Anyone know why? He had the best tomatoes! Kelley's in Freeport gets some local produce in season.
Turn South on 283 and Toni's has a cart a couple blocks before the stop sign where I believe you will find the best tomatoes in the area. They are on the West side of the road. You will see the Sherwin Williams paint store right where you need to turn West.

Ah yes.
My sincere apologies to the fine folks at FTHOI for not mentioning them. I just don't make the trek from Seagrove to BMB often enough to keep them on the grocery radar.

Mr Cotton's place is set up 24-7, so maybe you were looking in the wrong place. See my directions above.

There is also another vendor on Hwy 20 in Freeport, just east of Kelly's. This guy drives daily from Alabama and all his veggies and fruits are fresh and delicous. He is on the north side of 20.

Cotton's is open and just past the intersection of 20 and 33l on the North side of the road. Stopped there today and all the produce looked good. They also have Tupelo honey at a reasonable price.
