I'm cleaning out the fridge and pantry. Here's the ingredients I have. Please give me a creative way to use them--some or all.

2 refrigerated pie crusts
Lg. container cool whip
1 nectarine

1 can cherry pie filling
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can apricot halves
1 can Eagle Brand
Several cans of cranberry sauce...some whole, some jellied:idontno:
1 can mandarin oranges
Cranberry jello

In the freezer:

Pecans
Peanuts
small package wild blueberries
whole cranberries
chocolate chips

Who knows? Maybe a new recipe for the cookbook?

first throw those apricots out.
then mix all fruit. mix 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar and 1 cup bisquick. add mixed fruit put all in a 1 stick melted buttered dish. and have yourself a cobbler.

melt those choc. chips, then mix in the peanuts.

melt butter and sugar and then mix in pecans, bake.

save that can of eagle brand milk for your next batch of homemade ice cream.

Open can of condensed milk. Sprinkle with choc chips. Eat with spoon until too nauseated to continue. Donate remaining items to local food bank.

Looks like Ambrosia salad with the Cool Whip, Jello, pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, and pecans. Borrow marshmallows from the neighbor or google them and see if you have the stuff to make them? Google how to make the Eagle Brand a caramel dip while still in the can and see if any of the fruit and peanuts taste good with it. (I don't want to be blamed for your walls being covered with browned sugary goodness if it goes wrong).

Cranberry jello

In the freezer:

Pecans
small package wild blueberries
whole cranberries

1) Rinse and drain all of the canned fruit, cut all fruit into chunks if larger than bite size

2) Make jello according to directions and add Knox gelatin to counteract anti-gel properties of fruit juices

3) Add 1 red apple and one green apple chopped up plus all fruit and nuts to jello mold

4) Serve as a picnic/bbq side or dessert w/ whipped cream on top. The cranberry makes it good w/ ham or pulled pork, the other fruits all work w/ most casual grilled meats.

Use one pie crust and the cherry pie filling for some cherry tunovers!

The whole cranberries and blueberries could be used in muffins along with the juice from the mandarin oranges
Use the mandarin oranges and walnuts in a salad

I agree with aggie on the apricots...especially if they are canned and gie the necarine an quick rinse and eat it
