Mills, if it needs replacement they are the only place I know of that offers an extended warranty on new units. It's not a bad deal since it covers the unit for 10 years for repairs 24/7 on parts and labor. If you consider that an exterior unit in the salt air won't usually last more than 5 years it's not a bad deal.

Thanks for the recommendations. Scott Gallagher just fixed us up. Very quick response and a very nice guy. He's also a master plumber but does mostly AC work.

If you need total replacement he has units with 10 year warranty on parts & labor.
