Hi, I have been enjoying this site for many months and finally stopped long enough to sign up. I have been here almost one year. However, I started coming here about 1970 and came many times a year for the next 15 years. Now that I'm here to stay, it is truly more beautiful living here than I ever imagined. The day to day beauty does not grow old. The people here are absolutely wonderful. My home is in Santa Rosa Beach and the neighbors treat us like we have been here all our life.

Thanks for this site and thanks to the variety of the posters.

:wave:Hello, I am not new as a lurker but fairly new as a poster. I had a very hard time deciding on an avatar so I went ahead and chose a "pre-defined" image that this site offered. It really suits me, but It does look a bit like Franny's avatar...so I may need to find another.

I have been a South Walton visitor for over 20 years. We were down in April
and have a family trip planned in June. Usually stay in our Roadtrack in one
of the State Parks. The family trip will be in Dune Allen. Live in Cleveland, TN
and have for about 30 years. Not one to do much posting but love the
site and all the people.

Hello, I lived in Cleveland for 6 years and taught at Bradley County High School, loved it up there. :wave:
