My family stayed there last 4th of July. The Inn and facilites are nice and most units have great views. The only issue you might run into is the size of the beach that actually belongs to the Inn. It is really small for the number of units there. I would suggest nominating a member of your party to get up REALLY early and set up your beach chairs!;-)
